Shipping policy

We offer complimentary U.S. shipping on orders of $150 or more.
Smaller orders ship for a $9 flat rate.
Local clients are always welcome to select free pickup at our Eden Prairie boutique.

The available shipping methods for your order and destination will be shown at checkout.

Please note that orders may need a signature upon delivery. Currently, some items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. Please contact our Client Services team to verify which items are eligible for shipment to these locations.

Delivery Times
- Express Delivery: Most of Europe and the US within 2-3 days. Other global destinations within 4-7 days.

- Standard Delivery: Available in certain countries, with delivery within 5-7 days. Delivery times vary, depending on your location and the type of shipping. While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to other issues beyond our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If you need items by a specific date, contact us.

Update: Starting August 21, 2025. Some products ship from our partner boutiques in Europe and may be subject to import fees. Any applicable fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In the event duties are not collected at checkout, they will be due upon delivery.

Import duties are non-refundable on returned items. This amount is paid directly to your government and is outside of Ellie Belle's control.

Products fulfilled by our Eden Prairie boutique will show: "Available at our boutique."

Tracking your Order - After placing your order, we'll email you the details. Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order in your account under "Track Your Order.". We may require two business days for handling and processing.

Returns Returns on eligible items are accepted within 14 days of receipt. In alignment with our commitment to offering the highest quality luxury products, please note that items from Chanel and Hermes are subject to a specialized return policy. For purchases from these brands, returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refundReturned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, sale-able, with original tags and packaging (if applicable). Preorder Shipping Policy - Items marked with the “Preorder” option require additional time to process before shipment. Any delays beyond the estimated delivery time will be promptly communicated to you via email. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately, while the preorder items will be shipped separately once they are ready.
