Order pick-up appointments are scheduled for 10 minutes, skincare consultations last 30 minutes, and bridal fittings, tailoring, private shopping, and makeup services are scheduled for 60 minutes to allow for a personalized, uninterrupted experience. If additional time is needed, we’re happy to schedule a follow-up appointment.

It’s fully refundable upon arrival or can be applied to any service or in-store purchase during your appointment. We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance if your plans change. No-shows are non-refundable.
