Returns: are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, sale-able, with original tags and packaging (if applicable). Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Non-U.S. customers can easily make an international return, too.

To ensure the best shopping experience for all our customers, we may restrict or refuse future transactions if an unreasonable return pattern is identified.

How can I find my order number?

You can find your order number(s) in your shipping confirmation email or within your Order History.

How can I return a Gift?

Visit our Returns Form to initiate your gift return and have the order number ready. You can find the order number on the gift note inside your package.

Can I track my return?

Yes, you can track the status of your return through your return confirmation email or by entering your tracking number (found on your return label). You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and when we start issuing your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Returns can take 10 to 15 business days to process, and refunds to your original form of payment may take up to an additional week.
