You can make a return or gift return by mail for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. See our Return Policy for full details.
Your return label is free if you selected unlimited returns at checkout.
- Return for Store Credit: Choose store credit and apply it towards your future purchases.
- Return for Exchange: Opt for an exchange and we will send a different item/size or color of your choice.
- Return for Refund: A $25 return processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Please allow 8-10 business days for refund processing. Note that import duties and shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued after deducting these costs and any applicable cancellation or return processing fees.
