Return & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, the following rules apply:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, sale-able, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).

Returns are free with re:do.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Altered apparel, special orders, cloth face mask coverings, or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.

Ellie Belle reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. Please allow 5 to 10 days for processing your return.

Ship eligible returns and include the return packing slip so your return can be easily processed quicker.

Exchange Policy
We will gladly offer an even-dollar exchange for an alternate size or color of the same item. Or a different item, and if the price is more or less, we will credit you the balance, or you pay the extra. If your item does not meet the conditions outlined below, please contact support@elliebelle.com. The following rules and restrictions apply:

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
If the original item is not returned within 30 days of exchange submission, you will be charged for the original item.
By submitting an online exchange, you authorize Ellie Belle to a.) credit the original form of payment for the item being returned and b.) charge your preferred form of payment for the new item upon finalizing the exchange.

Items received as a gift or purchased with a gift card do not qualify for online exchange. Please contact Customer Service for questions.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
