Do You Have a Store where I Can Shop in Person?

Are the products sold on Ellie Belle new or preowned?

Great question! Everything you’ll find at Ellie Belle is brand new and sourced directly from designers and our trusted partners. However, we do offer a few select pre-owned pieces in The Founder’s Edit—a special collection of gently loved items from our founder’s personal wardrobe. These pre-owned pieces are typically high-end designer items, such as Chanel or Hermès.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance with modifying or canceling your order.
