- Initials and dates sewn discreetly into a wedding gown or jacket lining
- Names and motifs for bridal party robes and getting-ready pieces
- Decorative detailing added to necklines, cuffs, hems, and bodices
- Restoration and re-embroidery of heirloom and vintage garments
- Custom designs developed with you for bespoke commissions
Bridal embroidery
For brides, embroidery is a way to carry something personal down the aisle. We hand-sew hidden messages, wedding dates, and initials into the lining or hem of a gown, a private detail known only to you. We also add embroidered motifs to veils, capes, and bridal separates, and can echo a gown's lace or beading in a coordinating piece. Each is developed in consultation and stitched in our atelier alongside your fittings.
Monograms and garment detailing
A monogram is the quiet signature of a considered wardrobe. We embroider initials and crests onto shirting, knitwear, outerwear, robes, and accessories, matching thread weight, color, and placement to the garment and to you. For those refreshing existing pieces, our detailing work can add embroidery to a neckline, cuff, or pocket, giving a familiar garment a renewed sense of intention.
How it works
Every embroidery project begins with a private consultation, where we discuss your vision, the garment, thread and color direction, placement, and timeline. From there, the work is completed by hand in our atelier. Because each piece is individual, embroidery is quoted at the consultation based on the design, density, and garment. Timelines vary with complexity, and we will outline an estimate at your first appointment.
