The Tory Top by Walter Baker is a vest-style top cut in novelty houndstooth. It is worn as a top, or layered as a vest over a knit. The front hem angles, and the back is cut as a racerback, which keeps the shoulders open and the outline clean. Lined in polyester, it sits neatly over a knit or on its own, and the pattern does the decorating.
