We provide free standard shipping in most countries and free express delivery for select destinations. The available shipping methods for your order and destination will be shown at checkout.
Please note that orders may need a signature upon delivery. Currently, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.
Delivery Times
- Express Delivery: Most of Europe and the US within 2-7 days. Other global destinations within 4-7 days.
- Standard Delivery: Available in most countries, with delivery within 5-10 days.
Delivery times vary between 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the type of shipping. While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to other issues beyond our control.
International Duties and Taxes
Orders from within your region may incur import duties. All taxes and duties are your responsibility to your government. If you paid import taxes and duties at checkout, you will not need to pay on delivery.
Tracking your Order - After placing your order, we'll email you the details. Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order in your account under "Track Your Order."
Insurance - Additional insurance may be required on international packages.
Returns: are accepted within 30 days of receipt. (7 days for items from brands - Chanel and Hermes). Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it. See Return & Refund Policy for more details.
Refunds: will be credited to the original form of payment. A 5% return and restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please allow 10-15 business days for refund processing. Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds will be issued after deducting these costs, followed by any applicable cancelation or restocking fee.
