Does Ellie Belle offer layaway?
Ellie Belle offers a Reserve Luxury Layaway Program, allowing you to purchase an item through payment installments over time. This way, you can secure that must-have bag even if you don't have all the funds upfront.
You have 60 days to pay the balance, and the item will be shipped to you once the final payment is completed.
A 10% down payment is required at the time of purchase. Please note that we cannot split payments for this initial down payment.
Is it possible to return a Reserve item?
Yes! To be eligible for a return, all items must be postmarked to Ellie Belle within seven (7) days from the shipped date, with tags attached and in their original condition.
Upon arrival, returned items are inspected and can take up to 10-15 business days to process.
There is a 10% cancellation/return fee of the purchase price for all Reserve items that are canceled, returned, or not paid in full before the 60th day.
Can Reserve Luxury Layaway Orders be extended beyond 60 days?
We cannot offer extensions on Ellie Belle Reserve Luxury Layaway Orders. To ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers, all reserve orders must be completed within 60 days.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
When will my Ellie Belle Luxury Reserve order be shipped?
You have 60 days to pay the balance, and the item will be shipped to you once the final payment is made.
What happens if my Ellie Belle Reserve isn't paid off by the end of the 60-day term?
If full payment is not received by the end of the 60th day from the initial payment, the Ellie Belle Reserve will automatically cancel, and the item will be placed back in our inventory for sale. All payments made up to that date will be refunded to the original payment method(s), minus a non-refundable cancellation fee of 10% of the item's purchase price.
Can I cancel my Ellie Belle Reserve order?
If your Ellie Belle Reserve order is canceled, returned, or expires, we will retain 10% of the purchase price. Please note that Reserve items cannot be exchanged for other items. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method(s), minus the 10% Reserve fee.
