Pre-orders allow you to secure products that are not yet available or are currently out of stock. We may take full or partial payment at checkout and securely store your payment information for the remaining balance once the item is ready to ship.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled. This applies whether or not the item has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it may still qualify for a full or partial refund under our returns policy, subject to the final sale exclusions listed there.

For all other orders, cancellations or modifications are accepted within 1 hour of placement, provided the item has not yet shipped. After 1 hour, or once the item has shipped, cancellation may not be guaranteed. A $25 fee applies to all approved cancellations.
