We want you to feel confident in every purchase from Ellie Belle. If an eligible item is not right for you, it may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or exchanged in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase.

Condition: Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in saleable condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging included where applicable.

Chanel & Hermès: Chanel and Hermès items must be returned within 7 days of delivery or purchase.

Late Returns: Items shipped or brought back after the applicable return window may be rejected and returned to the client.

Ellie Belle reserves the right to determine whether a returned item meets our return requirements.

Final Sale Items

To protect product integrity and maintain our standards of hygiene and craftsmanship, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• All bridal gowns
• Made-to-order and bespoke designs
• Veils and bridal headpieces
• Bridal robes and boudoir pieces
• Beauty and hair products
• Skincare products
• Altered apparel
• Monogrammed or personalized items

These restrictions apply regardless of whether the item was purchased online or at our boutique.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment.

A $25 return processing fee applies and will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds may take 10 to 15 business days to process after the returned item is received and approved. Additional processing time by your bank or card issuer may apply.

Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable except where required by law.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase. Items submitted for exchange must meet all return-condition requirements.

Exchanges may be made for a different size, color, or eligible item, subject to availability. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded to the original form of payment, as applicable.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

If the original item is not returned within 14 days of an exchange request, Ellie Belle reserves the right to charge for the replacement item or cancel the exchange.

Package Protection

Package Protection is an optional charge automatically added to eligible orders based on the order value. It may be removed from your cart at any time before checkout.

Package Protection:

• Covers the cost of a prepaid return shipping label if you choose to return an eligible item.
• Protects your order against qualifying loss, damage, or theft while the package is in transit.

The return label is not included inside your shipment. If you initiate an eligible return, the covered return label will be provided as part of the return process.

If Package Protection is removed before checkout, return shipping is the client's responsibility, and the order will not have Package Protection coverage for qualifying loss, damage, or theft while in transit.

To file a Package Protection claim, contact clientservices@elliebelle.com with your order number within 2 business days of the expected delivery date. For damaged shipments, please include photographs of the package and item where applicable.

Package Protection does not extend to packages after they have been marked delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Responsibility

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Ellie Belle's responsibility for the shipment ends. If a package is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, the client should contact the carrier and, where appropriate, file a police report.

Refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping costs and applicable original shipping charges. These amounts may be deducted from the refund.

International Returns

International orders are eligible for return under the same eligibility and condition requirements as domestic orders.

Items must be returned in their original condition with all applicable tags and packaging.

Return shipping costs for international orders are the client's responsibility unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

International orders, including orders fulfilled through our EU partner boutiques, may be subject to duties and taxes. Duties, taxes, original shipping charges, and other applicable import costs are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement.

After the 1-hour window, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified because processing or fulfillment may have already begun.

Important Notes

Ellie Belle reserves the right to determine whether returned or exchanged items meet our saleable-condition requirements.

Returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy may be rejected and returned to the client.

We recommend reviewing all return and final sale requirements before sending an item back to us.

What is Package Protection?
Package Protection is an optional charge based on your order value. It covers the cost of a return shipping label for an eligible return and provides protection against qualifying loss, damage, or theft while your order is in transit. Package Protection may be removed from your cart before checkout.

What happens if I remove Package Protection?
You may still return an eligible item within the applicable return window, but you will be responsible for return shipping. Your order will also not have Package Protection coverage for qualifying loss, damage, or theft while in transit.

Does Package Protection cover a package after delivery?
No. Package Protection ends once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a concern with an order, we encourage you to contact our Client Services team so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

Ellie Belle takes fraudulent payment disputes seriously and may provide order records, delivery confirmation, correspondence, and other relevant documentation to payment processors and financial institutions when responding to a dispute. Where appropriate, suspected fraud may also be reported to the relevant authorities.
