Shipping & Delivery
We provide standard shipping to select countries and express delivery for most destinations. The available shipping methods for your order and location will be shown at checkout.
Please note: Orders may require a signature upon delivery. Currently, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.
Delivery Times
- Express Delivery: 2-3 days for most of Europe and the US. For other global destinations, delivery takes 4-7 days.
- Standard Delivery: Available in certain countries, with delivery within 5-7 days.
International Duties and Taxes
For orders placed outside your region, import duties may apply. These taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you pay import taxes and duties at checkout, we will cover these fees for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days, and you will be notified once your package ships. A tracking number will be sent to you by email, and you can also track your order through your account under "Track Your Order."
Insurance
Additional insurance may be required for international shipments to ensure the security of your package.

Delivery times vary between 3–7 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method. While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, unforeseen delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. However, please note that Chanel and Hermès products are subject to a specialized return policy. For these brands, returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt to qualify for a refund.
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, saleable, and complete with original tags and packaging (if applicable). Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details.
