Searching for the perfect look, exploring new designers, or updating a seasonal wardrobe, your dedicated stylist will guide you through our collections in a relaxed, one-on-one setting. Appointments include access to exclusive pieces, with the option to add tailoring or styling consultations on request.

What to Know Before You Visit

How do I book a private appointment?

You can reserve your appointment by selecting a date and time above. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details about your visit.

What happens during my appointment?

Appointments include a one-on-one session with a Client Advisor or Master Tailor, access to our curated collections, and the option for tailoring or styling consultations. Guests also enjoy complimentary refreshments in a calm, private setting designed for a personalized experience.

How long is each appointment?

Appointment lengths vary by service. Order pick-up appointments are scheduled for 10 minutes, while bridal fittings, tailoring, and private shopping, typically range from 45 minutes to 2 hours to ensure a personalized, uninterrupted experience. If additional time is needed, we’re happy to arrange a follow-up appointment.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring one guest. If you’d like to bring more, please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements. Bridal appointment includes up to 5 guests.

Why is there a booking deposit?

We offer personalized, one-on-one service in a private setting. The $50 deposit ensures we dedicate time exclusively to you. It’s fully refundable upon arrival or can be applied to any service or in-store purchase during your appointment. We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance if your plans change. No-shows are non-refundable.

Do I need to book for tailoring or alterations?

Yes, all tailoring consultations, including bridal and formalwear fittings, are by appointment only to ensure dedicated time and privacy.
