Our Story
Ellie Belle began online in 2023, when our Founder & Creative Director, Stephnora Peterson, envisioned something more intentional. A destination where designer fashion, bridal, and expert tailoring could exist seamlessly under one roof. On July 1, 2025, that vision took physical form with the opening of our flagship boutique in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. A space designed to be intimate, elevated, and centered entirely on the client.
Rooted in a lifelong passion for fashion and inspired by global travel, Stephnora built Ellie Belle around three things: exceptional designer pieces, in-house tailoring that ensures every garment fits beautifully, and genuine one-on-one service that makes every visit feel personal.
Today, Ellie Belle carries thoughtfully selected clothing, bridal gowns, jewelry, accessories, and beauty, paired with an atelier that brings it all together.
Named after Stephnora's daughter, Elizabeth, Ellie Belle remains a family-led business supported by a team who share a deep appreciation for style, detail, and service.
