Every gown receives meticulous, couture-level attention. To ensure the highest standard of fit and craftsmanship, alterations should begin 8–12 weeks before the wedding date. This timeframe allows for multiple fittings, careful adjustments, and any delicate handwork required.

Standard Alterations — 8–12 Weeks Before the Wedding

This window allows for:

• First fitting
  
• Second fitting
  
• Final fitting + pick-up
  
• Time for detailed work (appliqué, beading, restructuring, lining adjustments, etc.)
  

Rush Alterations — 4–7 Weeks Before the Wedding

Alterations requested within this timeframe are considered Rush.

This requires priority scheduling and condensed fitting timelines. Some complex customizations may not be available. Rush fees apply.

Express Rush — 2–3 Weeks Before the Wedding

This level requires accelerated fitting appointments, immediate work allocation within the atelier, and potential overtime from the tailoring team. Only select alterations may be available. Express Rush fees apply.

Emergency / Same-Week Rush — 0–13 Days Before the Wedding

Requests within 13 days of the wedding fall under Emergency Rush.

This may require:

• Same-week or same-day fittings
  
• Multiple fittings within days
  
• Immediate cutting and restructuring
  
• Full prioritization from the atelier team
  

Emergency Rush fees apply. Availability is extremely limited and not guaranteed.

Client Responsibilities

• Bring the wedding shoes and proper undergarments to all fittings.
  
• Attend fittings on schedule; missed or delayed appointments may affect the delivery date.
  
• Notify the atelier immediately of any changes to the wedding date or gown condition.
  

Final Approval

A gown is considered complete after the final fitting. Any post-approval changes will incur additional fees.
