        Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Bridal gowns purchased in boutique are final sale and not eligible for return. Bridal gowns purchased online may be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange only. Custom-made and bespoke items are final sale. Chanel and Hermès pieces must be returned within 7 days of receipt. All returned items must include original tags and packaging and be in original condition..

Bridal gowns purchased through our boutique include preferred pricing on in-house tailoring and finishing services. Wedding parties of five or more also receive preferred alterations pricing when each guest schedules a private appointment.
