Retainer Policy
A $50 retainer is required to reserve most appointments and is applied toward your purchase or service. The Bridal Styling Experience requires a $100 retainer, applied toward the purchase of your gown.
All retainers are non-refundable unless canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Private Shopping retainers are refundable if no purchase is made.

What to Know Before You Visit
How do I book a private appointment?
Select a date and time above to reserve your appointment. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your visit.
What happens during my appointment?
Each appointment includes a private, one-on-one session with a Client Advisor, Atelier Specialist, or Associate depending on your service. You will have dedicated access to our collections and the full attention of your team from the moment you arrive. Complimentary refreshments are provided throughout.
How long is each appointment?
Appointment length varies by service. Order pickup appointments are scheduled for 10 minutes. Bridal fittings, tailoring consultations, and private shopping appointments typically range from 45 minutes to 2 hours. If additional time is needed, a follow-up appointment can be arranged.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. For most appointments you are welcome to bring one or two people with you. For bridal appointments, we recommend keeping your group small to maintain a focused, personal experience. Our maximum is bride plus four guests. If you need to accommodate a larger group, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Why is there a retainer?
Every appointment at Ellie Belle is private and prepared in advance by your stylist or atelier team. The retainer secures your appointment time and the preparation that goes into it, and is required to confirm your booking. It is applied toward your purchase or service at the appointment and reflects the considered, one-on-one nature of the Ellie Belle experience.
Retainer amounts:
- $100 for the Bridal Styling Experience
- $50 for all other appointments, including tailoring and alterations, custom tailoring and bespoke, custom embroidery, and private styling
Retainers are refundable if your appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Once your appointment has taken place, retainers are non-refundable.
Do I need to book for tailoring or alterations?
Yes. All tailoring and alteration services require an appointment. Walk-ins are not available. Book your atelier appointment above.
