Bridal gowns purchased online may be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange only. Custom-made and bespoke items are final sale. Chanel and Hermès pieces must be returned within 7 days of receipt. All returned items must include original tags and packaging and be in original condition..

Bridal gowns purchased through our boutique include preferred pricing on in-house tailoring and finishing services.
