You can make a return or gift return by mail for a full refund, or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. See our Return Policy for full details.
Your return label is free if you selected unlimited returns at checkout.
- Return for Exchange: Opt for an exchange and we will send a different item/size or color of your choice.
- Return for Refund: A $25 return processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Please allow 10-15 business days for refund processing. Note that import duties and shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued after deducting these costs and any applicable cancellation or return processing fees.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
