Delivery & Returns
We provide standard shipping in select countries and free express delivery for most destinations, on orders of $500 or more. The available shipping methods for your order and destination will be shown at checkout.
Please note that orders may need a signature upon delivery. Currently, some items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. Please contact our customer support team to verify which items are eligible for shipment to these locations.
Delivery Times

International Duties and Taxes

Returns - Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. In alignment with our commitment to offering the highest quality luxury products, please note that items from Chanel and Hermes are subject to a specialized return policy. For purchases from these brands, returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund.
