International Duties and Taxes
Import taxes and duties (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and included in the total price. Customers pay Ellie Belle upfront to ensure smooth delivery with no delays. The price you see is the final price—no surprises at delivery.

Please note that import duties are non-refundable for returned items.

Tracking your Order - After placing your order, we'll email you the details. Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Returns - Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. In alignment with our commitment to offering the highest quality luxury products, please note that items from Chanel and Hermes are subject to a specialized return policy. For purchases from these brands, returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, sale-able, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
