Please note that orders may need a signature upon delivery. Currently, some items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. Please contact our customer support team to verify which items are eligible for shipment to these locations.

Delivery Times
- Express Delivery: Most of Europe and the US within 2-3 days. Other global destinations within 4-7 days.
- Standard Delivery: Available in certain countries, with delivery within 5-7 days. Delivery times vary, depending on your location and the type of shipping. While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to other issues beyond our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If you need items by a specific date, contact us. 

International Duties and Taxes
Import taxes and duties (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and included in the total price. Customers pay Ellie Belle upfront to ensure smooth delivery with no delays. The price you see is the final price—no surprises at delivery.

Please note that import duties are non-refundable for returned items.

Tracking your Order - After placing your order, we'll email you the details. Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order in your account under "Track Your Order." We may require two business days for handling and processing.

Returns - Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. In alignment with our commitment to offering the highest quality luxury products, please note that items from Chanel and Hermes are subject to a specialized return policy. For purchases from these brands, returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, sale-able, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
