Delivery & Returns
We provide standard shipping in select countries and free express delivery for most destinations, on orders of $500 or more. The available shipping methods for your order and destination will be shown at checkout.
Please note that orders may need a signature upon delivery. Currently, some items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. Please contact our customer support team to verify which items are eligible for shipment to these locations.
Delivery Times

- Standard Delivery: Available in certain countries, with delivery within 5-7 days. Delivery times vary, depending on your location and the type of shipping. International Duties and Taxes
Import taxes and duties (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and included in the total price. Customers pay Ellie Belle upfront to ensure smooth delivery with no delays. The price you see is the final price—no surprises at delivery.

Tracking your Order - After placing your order, we'll email you the details. Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Returns - Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. In alignment with our commitment to offering the highest quality luxury products, please note that items from Chanel and Hermes are subject to a specialized return policy. For purchases from these brands, returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, sale-able, with original tags and packaging (if applicable). Application
- Using the spooly end, brush through your brows lightly until you achieve the right shape you desire
- Using the angled brow tip, gently fill in your brows from the inner corner, doing light, hair-like strokes to shape your brows all the way to the outer tip of your brow
- Blend seamlessly with the spooly tip to perfect the brow
