Tell us about your current routine, skincare priorities and product preferences before you arrive. Your responses allow us to prepare for your appointment and spend more of your time together exploring products and discussing your routine.

We'll discuss your current routine, skincare priorities and product preferences, then introduce products and help you consider a routine appropriate for you.

Do I need to already use Natura Bissé or Ellie Belle skincare?

No. You can book regardless of the products you're currently using.

Should I bring my current skincare products?

You're welcome to bring them, but it isn't required. Completing your Skincare Brief and listing the products you're currently using will help us prepare.

What if I don't currently have a skincare routine?

That's completely fine. Your consultation can begin with the basics and help you establish a routine that feels manageable for you.

Can I purchase products during my appointment?

Yes. You'll be able to explore and purchase skincare during your consultation.

Do you provide facials or medical skincare treatments?

No. Our consultations focus on cosmetic skincare products, product education and routine guidance. They are not medical skincare services.
