Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced tailor to join our team at Ellie Belle as our Atelier Director. The ideal candidate will have expertise in garment alterations, fittings, bridal alterations, bespoke and customization, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and perfectly tailored clothing. As Atelier Director at Ellie Belle, the goal would be for your artistry to thrive through Ellie Belle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality alterations and repairs on luxury garments, ensuring a flawless fit.
- Work with a variety of materials, including delicate fabrics such as silk, lace, leather, and high-end designer textiles.
- Conduct professional fittings with clients, providing expert advice on necessary alterations.
- Execute detailed custom tailoring requests, including hemming, taking in or letting out garments, and adjusting linings.
- Maintain organization and efficiency in the Ellie Belle tailoring space.
- Collaborate with stylists and sales associates to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure all alterations meet Ellie Belle’s luxury standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of professional tailoring or alteration experience, preferably in bridal alterations, and custom tailoring.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and pattern making.
- Experience with high-end fashion brands, bridal and delicate fabrics.
- Ability to perform precise, detailed, and high-quality work under time constraints.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using industrial sewing machines and hand-stitching techniques.

We are seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with clients, and thrives in a boutique environment. You’ll help clients find what they love, assist with sales both in-store and online, and represent Ellie Belle’s brand across multiple touchpoints — from the boutique floor to social media.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell designer fashion, bridal, and beauty products in our boutique and online store
- Provide warm, personalized service to every client and ensure an exceptional in-store experience
- Assist with daily boutique operations including merchandising, product presentation, and restocking

Fashion Advisor
We are seeking a Fashion Advisor who brings exceptional client service, strong style instincts, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best—both in-store and through light social media engagement.
Position Overview
The Fashion Advisor supports clients throughout their shopping journey—styling, fitting assistance, and boutique service—while also contributing to Ellie Belle’s online presence through content participation and basic engagement tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Styling
- Greet and host clients with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Provide personalized style recommendations for ready-to-wear, accessories, eveningwear, and bridal.
- Assist with bridal gown selection, fittings, and preparation for appointments.
- Support the Atelier team with gown handling, measurements, and sizing notes.
Sales & Boutique Operations
- Meet and aim to exceed individual and boutique sales goals.
- Develop strong product knowledge across all fashion, bridal, and accessory categories.
- Process purchases, special orders, deposits, and returns accurately.
- Assist with merchandising, steaming, tagging, and back-of-house organization.
Bridal & Tailoring Coordination
- Communicate fitting notes, design preferences, and tailoring requests between clients and the Atelier.
- Schedule alteration appointments and help maintain gown care and organization.
- Handle luxury garments with precision and respect for industry standards.
Social Media Engagement (Light + Natural)
- Participate in content creation by modeling, showcasing products, or assisting during photo/video shoots.
- Capture quick in-boutique clips (phone-level content) when needed: new arrivals, behind the scenes, displays, etc.
- Engage with the Ellie Belle community by responding to comments or messages when assigned.
- Share styling ideas and product knowledge to support marketing content.
(Note: This is not an influencer role. Comfort in front of a camera is helpful but not required to “perform.”)
Store Presentation
- Ensure the boutique is spotless—fitting rooms, product displays, and lounge areas.
- Assist with boutique setup for private events, Sip & Shop gatherings, and trunk shows.
Qualifications
- Experience in fashion retail, bridal, luxury, or high-end client service preferred.
- Strong sense of personal style and ability to guide clients confidently.
- Comfortable participating in basic social media content (stories, try-ons, clips).
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and client rapport-building.

The Role
We’re looking for a Boutique & Tailoring Assistant — someone who loves fashion and understands fit. This hybrid role blends front-of-house client interaction with behind-the-scenes tailoring support. You’ll assist clients in styling sessions and fittings while supporting our Master Tailor with alterations and garment preparation.
You’ll thrive here if you’re personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable both greeting clients and working at a sewing station.
Responsibilities
Boutique & Client Experience
- Welcome clients, assist with appointments, and support styling and fitting sessions.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards — steaming garments, resetting fitting rooms, and merchandising displays.
- Log client services and sales in POS.
- Handle garment check-in, pickup, and packaging for tailoring and bridal orders.
- Ensure each client enjoys a thoughtful, relaxed, and professional experience.
Tailoring & Alterations Support
- Assist the Master Tailor during fittings by pinning, marking, or preparing garments.
- Perform basic sewing and alteration work (hemming, taking in/letting out seams, zippers, etc.).
- Press, steam, and prepare garments for final delivery.
- Keep tailoring supplies organized and stocked.
- Support bridal fittings, custom requests, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ experience in retail, fashion, or alterations.
- Skilled in hand and machine sewing; comfort with delicate designer fabrics.
- Warm, professional demeanor and genuine interest in client care.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and follow-through.
- Availability to work Tuesday–Saturday within boutique hours.
