Affiliate Referral Policy

Ellie Belle’s affiliate program is designed to reward partners for helping us grow our community with new customers. To ensure fairness and integrity, the following conditions apply:

• New Customers Only: Commissions are eligible only on purchases made by first-time customers. A customer is considered new if their email address and purchase history are not already in our system.
• Existing Customers: Orders placed by returning or existing customers, or by anyone using an email address already associated with an Ellie Belle account, do not qualify for commission.
• Self-Referrals: Affiliates may not use their own referral link to earn commission on personal orders. Doing so may result in disqualification from the program.
• Cookie Duration: Our tracking cookie is valid for 30 days. If a referred customer completes their purchase within this timeframe using your affiliate link, the commission will be credited to your account.
• Commission Disputes: In cases where referral attribution is unclear or disputed, Ellie Belle reserves the right to make the final determination based on our internal data.
