Is creating a store account necessary to earn cashback rewards?
Yes, creating a Store Account is required to participate in our offers. By registering with our store, you will receive your cashback benefits directly into your account wallet.
How can I earn cashback rewards?
You Earn 5% cashback on every purchase (excluding taxes, duties, and shipping). You will receive cashback in your wallet instantly once you complete a transaction or promotion. Credits are issued after a 30-day clearance period, and any returns or refunds will void the credit. Additionally, you can earn more cashback through various activities such as inviting friends (they get $50 credit, and you receive $50 credit after their purchase clears the 30-day period), leaving detailed reviews with photos or videos, celebrating your birthday, and more. How do I redeem my cashback rewards?
Simply log in to your store account and go to My Wallet section. From there, you can generate a discount voucher from your balance and redeem it at your next checkout.
How can I check my cashback amount balance?
Login to your account and check My Wallet page or you can also check it from cashback rewards popup.
How long will it take for cashback to be added to my wallet account?
You will receive cashback in your wallet instantly once you complete a purchase or a promotion!
Does my cashback balance expire?
Unused promotional credits expire after 90 days. But don't worry! We will notify you before it does. Purchased gift cards and refunds to gift cards do not expire.
